My partner has not had menses for 1 and a half month. During intercourse, we had an accident yesterday, the sperm went in. I consulted with Doctor, one of our physicians, she advised her to take I pill but after doing UPT.
But unfortunately she couldn't contain the morning urine and we cannot wait till tomorrow to have the pill..

Diagnosis - Amenorrhea since 1month and half (after a phone call with patient)
Amenorrhoea (BE), amenorrhea (AmE), or amenorrhea, is the absence of a menstrual period in a woman of reproductive age. Physiological states of amenorrhoea are seen, most commonly, during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding), the latter also forming the basis of a form of contraception known as the lactational amenorrhoea method. Outside of the reproductive years there is absence of menses during childhood and after menopause.
ADV: can take the pill now and do test later, but need to confirm the pregnancy status anyways.
Cannot delay the confirmation of pregnancy as the couple is not keen of having a baby this early in life. You will have to meet a gynaecologist in person and get the lady partner checked for the
delay in periods as she may require an Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

One cannot take these pills frequently - for regular OCPs, you need to again meet a gynecologist and decide on the best suited mode of contraception for you.
