Hi Doctor,
I am 28 years old. It has been 1 year since I feel giddy sometimes. I feel that I am going to faint but few seconds later I am all fine. This has been happening to me from quite a long time.
Recently I had consulted a doctor and got my BP checked it was 150/90 and got my blood checked for cholesterol it was within limits. I weigh around 100 kilos with my height being 6 ft. and working in an IT company in night shifts. I feel my body is off balance sometimes.
I feel I have no control over my body, apart from that I have no issues. I do Smoke regularly, and sometimes I feel a catch on the left side of my chest which goes off with time. Please suggest me regarding the same as I am very worried about my health. Regards

Your main problem is obesity and weight. Hypertension or high BP also contributes to the same and for this diet and exercise including lifestyle changes are a must to avoid long term medication for high BP at this age.
You should begin with exercise for 30 mins a day for 1 month and increase to 1 hour daily from next month. Also repeat BP monitoring after 1 week of exercise to make sure hypertension is not worse. Take precautions to avoid fatty food and try to lose 5-10 kgs of weight gradually. With this, you should get healthy again. Consult again if required.
