Accidental Pregnancy of my Girlfriend. Genital fluid touched, can she become pregnant?

The problem is that me and my lover on 5th of April just crossed the limit. But we didn't do intercourse at all because we knew there is a risk in doing that. But twice my genital area touched her. And I too was afraid due to this. As her last periods started on 8th of march so she expected a period on the 8th of April. But she has missed her periods from last 4 days.
We are very much worried about what is happening.
We don't know what to do now. Is there any chance of pregnancy if without intercourse but genital area touching? We are college students. I know we crossed the limits but is there any option to save her from getting pregnant?
I love her so I want to be with her until the end to help her. We are down both mentally and physically. From last 2-3 days, she is having an excess of urination. Please help us to know what would be the good thing for us to do in the early stages of pregnancy.

Firstly, yes there are chances of pregnancy if there is genital fluid contact even without penetration during intercourse. You must now buy a home pregnancy test and she must perform the urine test to check if pregnancy has occurred.
Depending on the results we can treat her according to her body status. It may also be possible sometimes that periods are delayed due to hormonal changes that occur naturally during sexual activity, hence if her UPT test is negative, she can repeat once and if still negative, wait for 10 days for periods to come.
If still with no signs of periods, she can consult with a Gynaecologist for further management which may require an Ultrasound to diagnose the problem.
