Last Updated - Fri, Mar 16 2018Detailed Question:
Hello
Six months back, I drank very hot water and suddenly got frightening Dysphagia. I went to the hospital and it got cured after two days only. I did not have any problems again in my throat, until a period wherein for about one month I used to eat only at night.
This keeping of hunger brought back Dysphagia again and this time it is more severe. Now it also affects my nerves and throat muscle function. Whenever I swallow my saliva, the process is not normal, not as usual. I can eat and swallow but a small effort is required by me.
When I lay down to sleep I feel pressure on my throat like I am being strangled. Also the sensation in my throat is difficult to describe. Can you tell me what this could be. Please help.
Thank you
