I am a diabetic patient for last 12 years having random sugar level as high as 250. I want to have catarct operation. Please advise to get sugar level down.

Sugar level random 250.
Optholmist Dr advised to get down upto 160 then cataract operation can be done within 2 weeks.

Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon)
Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd €“ 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori
Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.
Tab volibo 0.2 mgs - Twice daily before food for 7 days.
Revert with fasting and pp sugar levels.
