I suffer from eye problems like swelling, redness, irritation and water from eyes. Problem persists even after medication and consultation. Please help

Hello Doctor,
I suffer from the following Eye related problems:
1. Eye Watering problem in sunlight, camera flash light, in hot, while making eye contact and when focusing at something.
2. Sometimes irritation, swelling
3. Sometimes redness of eye after waking up, in summer and when washing with water
These above mentioned symptoms are from last 7 years. I have used many eye drops as per the doctor consultation but none removed the problems from the root. Also currently my eye are swollen, some irritation is there, redness after waking up and redness while washing with water. Also recently I gone to an eye hospital in New Delhi and they gave me eye drops that I used for 2 weeks as per the consultation. Now 2 weeks have been completed and after completion of the treatment, problem still persists. I will attach the medical prescription slip in an email.

First let me explain to you briefly what is Allergic Rhitnis. Allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever, is a type of inflammation in the nose which occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens in the air. Signs and symptoms include a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, red, itchy, and watery eyes, and swelling around the eyes.
This is a long-standing problem and requires a thorough follow up also. You must observe precautions as advised to wear glasses outdoors to avoid dust and pollution. Avoid exposure of eyes to direct sunlight if it causes you this problem. Wash your eyes well after an episode of tearing if you feel there is any irritation and use the medicine. Consult with doctor after one month of the following medication for follow up:
