Nowadays I am sleeping almost 12 hrs in a day. I have also a pain below eyebrow but from 10 days it has been gone. My eyes are always like I need more sleep. What I have studied I cant keep in mind. Your problem is called Sinusitis. You may have a nasal polyp, however in that case nose bleeding would be a common symptom, otherwise, you need not worry about it. Also, Migraine classically has no treatment, but triggers can be prevented if you take note of them. Take note of things that give you a headache and avoid them. I will also prescribe a medication you can safely take to prevent these. You require rest and a lot of hydration in addition to the treatment mentioned below for this current episode to subside so that you can focus on your exams. Consult after 2 weeks to follow up regarding medication. Take care and get well soon. Meanwhile, you can take:
 Tab. Sinarest - 1-0-0 for 10 days
Tab. Etoricoxib 75 - 1-0-0 for 10 days for pain

Sinusitis
Sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses. Healthy sinuses are filled with air. But when they become blocked and filled with fluid, germs can grow and cause an infection.

Conditions that can cause sinus blockage include:
  • The common cold
  • Small growths in the lining of the nose called nasal polyps
  • Allergic rhinitis, which is swelling of the lining of the nose
  • A deviated septum, which is a shift in the nasal cavity

Symptoms of Acute Sinusitis
The main symptoms are :
  • Facial pain or pressure
  • Blocked nose
  • Loss of smell
  • Runny nose
  • A cough or congestion

Some people may also suffer from:
  • Fever
  • Bad breath
  • Dental pain
  • Fatigue

Symptoms of Chronic Sinusitis
You may have these symptoms for 12 weeks or more:
  • A feeling of congestion or fullness in your face
  • A nasal obstruction or nasal blockage
  • Fever
  • A runny nose or discoloured postnasal drainage
  • Pus in the nasal cavity

You may also have headaches, bad breath, and tooth pain. You may feel tired a lot.

Diagnosis
Check with your doctor who would look at your symptoms. He may feel and press your face to look for tenderness in the sinuses and tap your teeth to see if a sinus near your nose is bothering you.

Other tests also might be needed.
