My body became asymmetrical and the right side became abnormal in shape 3 years back. Even after medication, problem still persists. Kindly help

Three years back, I had done full squats for about a week very intensively. From then on-wards, I used to feel very tired and felt sweaty. I used to feel sleepy all the time. One day while I was sprinting, I felt an intense pain on the right side of my head just above the ear. I then became unconsciousness.
Post that incident, I had to face a lot of problems. I couldn't concentrate on studies and my memory became very poor. there was a change in my behavior. I faced difficulty in writing and speaking. Also, my body became asymmetrical and the right side became abnormal in shape. I had constipation as well. My body weight also increased.
After a year, I consulted a doctor and he gave some medicines like:

The problem you mentioned seems to be a Stroke and this has gone untreated or ignored. If this was noticed and treated immediately, then it would have been easier to resolve your symptoms and get faster response from the body also. However, now it has already become old and will require Physiotherapy sessions to control the signs and symptoms.
