Missed my period this month although sexually active but we took all precautions, no contraceptive pill was taken during this month. Please Help.

There are a lot of reasons why you can miss your periods including biological and hormonal changes, not just pregnancy. Sometimes periods may skip a month also, but what is normal and what is not depends on your past history and the last menstrual period date as well as your cycle length.
Consult again if problem persists. Continue antibiotics as discussed. We can advise contraceptives in next follow up, but currently must wait for next cycle and for infection symptoms to subside first.
