My Wife is pregnant and some bleeding spot are coming through vagina. Sonography was done by the doctor to check the condition and told that heart beat is not there.There is no crimping but feeling weakness normally. What is to be done?

Sir,
My wife is pregnant it is about six or seventh week and some bleeding spot are coming through vagina from Monday onwards.she went to the reputed hospital on the same day.
Sonography was done by the doctor to check the condition and told that heartbeat is not there and told to come back after one week.Again she went to another hospital on Thursday and again sonography was done there and told that there is nothing and asked to clear them all, But I have denied.
Due to this, there is no pain or crimping but feeling weakness normally.The doctor has given medicines which are rubired syrup, zyncg 5 k injection naptro 200 and traciamia -c acid capsule.
After that also blood has not stopped.
What is to be done please guide me. While in previous sonography doctor said that child size is 11mm.
Waited for one to two week.blood is not coming like mensuration it is coming like spot.what is to be done now

In cases of pregnancy with a scenario such as what you have described, it is advised to repeat USG after five days to look for cardiac activity & if no cardiac activity till then, means findings will be a sign of missed abortion and further management would be required to clear uterus contents and Endometrial Tissue and prevent clots and infection.
Until that time continue folic acid. If DNE was done send pic for karyotyping/HPE. Follow up with USG REPORT. Follow up on emergency in case of heavy PV bleeding
