This is a common problem with chronic alcoholic smokers. You must first get rid of your habits and quit drinking and smoking. Also get a liver function test, ECG and a chest X-ray to rule out any physical problems with your body. If all other reports are normal, it means you are suffering only from Anxiety. There are various treatments for this, such as counselling with a Psychologist or anxiety pills. We can prescribe that to you once you get the reports of the tests mentioned and stop your habits.

2. Social Anxiety Disorder:
People suffering from this overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations. The worry often centers on a fear of being judged by others, or behaving in a way that might cause embarrassment or lead to ridicule.

3. Generalized Anxiety Disorder:
This is excessive, unrealistic worry and tension, even if there's little or nothing to provoke the anxiety.
