Combiflam should be taken in prescribed quantity by the doctor. It is advised to take this medicine with food or immediately after food. The effect should start in 30 minutes and it may last up to 6 hours.

I have been using combiflam for over 5 years now and I'm very happy with the medicine.
I often use combiflam when I have fever and it works for me well. It is like an SOS for fever.
Combiflam is a cheap drug that can be used as pain-killer. It is very effective also.
I always use combiflam during periods to get relief from cramps. Helps me not to think of constant pain.
It is one more paracetamol tablet out there in the market. Slightly better than dolo though.
